Who runs 21Bit, and is it licensed?

The terms name the operator plainly: Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-893958), holding licence no. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The version we read was last updated on 27 February 2026.

So the owner is on record, which is more than some sites manage. But be clear about what the licence is. Tobique is an offshore regulator, and nothing about it makes 21Bit an Australian-licensed casino. If a dispute can't be sorted out with support, your options are much thinner than with a local regulator. That is the main reason the licensing score is the lowest of the five.

You may also see 21Bit described elsewhere as Curaçao-licensed. That is not what the current terms say, so we go by the terms.

The welcome package, deposit by deposit

The headline is A$3,400 plus 100 free spins, spread over your first three deposits:

Two details matter more than the big number. First, the bonus page lists a minimum deposit of A$15 for the package. You can still deposit less: through the links on our $5 and $10 pages, A$5 and A$10 deposits go through, they just play without the welcome match. Second, every one of the 100 spins is marked "no wager", so whatever they win goes straight to your real balance. For a low-budget player, those spins are the best part of the offer.

The match money is a different story. The bonus page doesn't show the wagering, and review sites put it at 45x the bonus. Deposits: Neosurf, cards and crypto

The payments strip at the bottom of the site lists Visa and Mastercard, Neosurf, two bank transfer options and nine cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Tron, BNB and Ripple. The sign-up and login forms also show POLi.

Withdrawals and limits

This is the weakest-documented part of 21Bit. The homepage says A$1,005,788 was paid out to players last month, but the pages we checked don't spell out the minimum withdrawal, the processing time or the weekly and monthly caps. Review sites don't agree either: some quote a daily limit, others a weekly and monthly one with larger wins paid in instalments.

Until the casino publishes the numbers clearly, work on these assumptions: expect an ID check before the first payout, use crypto or a bank method for withdrawals (Neosurf can't receive money), and read the limits section of the terms before you chase a big win. We'll update this section when we confirm the figures.

Games, jackpots and tournaments

The lobby is sorted into Hot, New, Jackpot games, Live Casino, Megaways, Video Poker, Bonus Buy and Table Games. In the pokies we saw titles from BGaming, Booongo, Playson, 1spin4win, Gamzix, Onlyplay, Belatra and others. There are plenty of Hold & Win games, which run happily at small stakes.

The live numbers on the homepage are the eye-catching part: a jackpot banner at over AUD 11.4 million, a combined tournament prize pool of about AUD 37.6 million plus 875 free spins, and a daily Havana Reels pool of 1,555 free spins. You won't win a share of a prize pool that size with a ten-dollar balance, but the daily free-spin drops are realistic targets. They also keep a small deposit going longer than plain spinning would.

Signing up and playing on your phone

Registration asks for an email and a password, or you can sign in with Google, Telegram or X. There is a promo code field and a single checkbox to confirm you are over 18 and accept the terms. It takes well under a minute.

On a phone the site switches to an app-style layout with a navigation bar at the bottom (search, register, menu, login). We didn't find an app to download, and you don't need one.
